Cancellations in high season (June to September) must be made 72 hours prior to the arrival date or a one night penalty charge plus applicable taxes will apply for late cancellations or no shows. In the Low Season (October to May) a 48 hour cancellation notice prior to the arrival date is required to avoid a one nights charge.
If billings have been approved, a voucher is required, which will be sent back to you along with an invoice, all payments must be made within 30 days of the invoice date.
